Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year plus commission

We are seeking a highly disciplined and results-driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Remote Benefits Sales Director specializing in life and health insurance for union members. This role involves managing client relationships, scheduling appointments, and selling insurance policies within assigned state territories—all in a remote capacity. Additionally, there is an opportunity to build and lead a team of dedicated professionals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company-provided, free leads from contracted Unions to schedule virtual appointments via Zoom and facilitate the sale of life and health insurance policies within designated state territories.
  • Develop and maintain fast, strong relationships with union members and their families.
  • Apply effective sales strategies and negotiation techniques to successfully close deals using provided scripts.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
