IT: Senior IT Programmer Analyst (San Diego, CA) Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC: Analyze req’mts & procedures to improve tech. syst capabilities. Reqs Master’s in CS or rel. fld or equiv & 3 yrs of exp anlyz’g, dsgn’g, dvlp’g & implementing pltfrm modules incl ITSM & HRSD & custom scoped apps in ServiceNow. Prior exp must incl 3 yrs of exp config. & customizing apps incl creating workflows, writing Java & JavaScript, customizing UI, & meeting user req’mts; anlyz’g, troubleshooting & fixing syst issues & operational support tickets; maintaining technical & functional specifications for the pltfrm; integrating SW & APIs using REST & SOAP, XML & JSON; using AngularJS, HTML5, CSS & Bootstrap styles to dvlp widgets, reports, & pages in Service Portal; dvlp’g & maintaining features rel. to language translation in ServiceNow; dvlp’g APIs to connect ITSM pipeline w/ CI/CD tools incl Jenkins, & integrating w/ monitoring syst’s incl Datadog, Xmatters, Sensu, & messaging apps Slack chatbot & Jira; & writing SQL queries as needed.
