HR Payroll and Administrative Professional
Responsibilities for this position include payroll processing/reconciliation; maintenance of payroll system (ADP); tax payments and reporting; processing of monthly benefit reports; various other related payroll duties; invoice payment; reconciliation; customer support; reporting across several key HRI processes; and providing overall HRIS support for ADP and the various other HR systems.
What qualifications are needed?
- Bachelor's degree is preferred. High school diploma or it's equivalent is required.
- Two to five years of payroll processing or related experience.
- Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft computer applications to include Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information as appropriate.
- Experience using HR and payroll systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now and/or WorkDay.
- Ability to anticipate payroll changes and notify business partner as appropriate.
- Must be capable of operating all types of office equipment including computer, copy machine, fax, and telephone.
