Kingsville Affordable Housing is seeking a Tax Credit Business Administrator who will oversee Kingsville Affordable Housing’s Tax Credit Portfolio and work with community partners to develop affordable housing.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other relevant field of study.
- A minimum of 1 year low income housing experience and knowledge in contract administration preferred.
- Good Communication skills needed.
