Consumer Account Representative
Lake Country Power is a Touchstone Energy® electrical distribution cooperative with more than 44,000 members in northeastern Minnesota. We have an excellent opportunity for a Consumer Account Representative at either Lake Country Power's Mountain Iron or Kettle River service center (location to be determined by the successful candidate.)
This position is responsible for resolving a wide range of member billing inquiries and concerns regarding collections, membership transfers, bill payments, capital credit refunds, etc. This position is also responsible for updating and maintaining member billing records.
Qualified candidates must have 2 years' post-secondary education; or have 2-5 years of related work experience. Additional qualifications include excellent customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; and superior verbal and written communication skills.
