RiverSpring Services Corp., a Management Services Organization, is part of a group of long term care affiliates under the brand name of RiverSpring Living. RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care. Collectively, RiverSpring Living empowers over 18,000 patients, residents and members to live forward every day. RiverSpring Services Corp. is looking for a full time Assistant Vice President of Finance to run day-to-day company financial operations and plan the financial strategy.
Responsibilities
The Assistant Vice President of Finance will oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This function reports to the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and management role preferably in a health care/long term care setting. Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights to senior management. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills required. Experience managing a finance and accounting team, with a focus on talent development and team building. Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Compensation: $150,000 min - $175,000 max Annually
