Administrative Assistant
The Buckingham (High-Rise condo building in Fort Lee, NJ) is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The preferred candidate will assist our building manager with administrative duties. Administrative Assistant must demonstrate proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
This is an in-office position, as we are not operating remotely.
Essential Role and Examples of Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service to our residents and guests
- Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Communicate with building staff
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Follow up on voicemails and emails
- Assist building manager with day-to-day operations and activities within the office
- Provide reports to our financial management company including Work Order Reports and Overnight Guest Parking Reports
- Attend quarterly Open Board Meetings to take meeting minutes
- Assist Valet in coordinating residential parking
- Distribute processed checks to vendors
- Assist with scheduling residential moves
- Assist contractors to ensure all required paperwork is received on time
- Input residential information into Building Link system
Qualifications:
- Mandatory high school diploma - College degree preferred
- Administrative Experience: 5 years minimum
- Background check prior to hiring
- Prior experience in Property Management or HOA management is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $30.00 per hour
