PERMIT CLERK
The Town of Middletown is seeking a Permit Clerk to perform clerical duties in the License/Inspection Department. Receives, processes, and collects fees and documentation for building permits, plumbing permits, mechanical permits, and demolition permit applications. Coordinates and schedules residential building inspections, Certificate of Occupancy Forms.

Must have HS diploma/GED, good communication, and good computer skills. For a complete list of job duties and qualifications, refer to the job description.
