Your Role:

• Take the Lead: Spearhead the recruitment process with energy and creativity, ensuring we attract and onboard top-notch talent.
• Craft Impactful Strategies: Collaborate with our Recruiting Manager to design compelling job descriptions and cutting-edge hiring strategies.
• Be the Face of Trustco: Represent us at exciting job fairs and recruitment events, showcasing why Trustco Bank is the place to be.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with hiring managers to create irresistible offers and guide candidates through a seamless, engaging experience.
• Champion Excellence: Ensure our recruitment practices meet the highest standards and comply with all regulations and company policies.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.  high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Skills and Experience: Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and applicant-tracking systems is a plus.
• Passion for Recruitment: Previous recruitment or HR experience is a bonus. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
